For those of you not from Joplin, there is a humungeous Christian youth Center here called the Bridge. Here are a few pictures of Josh Church and some dude they call Frenchy skating there.
I spent my last night in Chicago skating the dude party ramp. Good times were had. Jon was cooking up sausages and burgers for all the dudes. There was even some super gay dancing. I would like to thank Jon, Chris, Collin, Daniel, Tim and Bert for making my last session amazing.
Mike Owen is hands down the best tranny skater in Chicago. If you've seen him skate you know what i'm talking about. I don't really know what else to say, the dude rips!
If you need somebody to go street skating with in the next couple of months hit up Dusty. He's is working on a extensive map of skate spots in Chicago. I hope you enjoy this picture of him doing a gap to lipslide.
I got in the car with Dusty the other day and he pulled out this map he had drawn that had skate spots on it. I don't think it was completely accurate, but at least he had a map. So we set out to explore all these spots on the map. I had been to alot of them before but some of them were new. When we got the spot in the picture there was a cop car there, so we had to cruise around the block a few times. While we were there a cop kept popping out the door every couple of minutes to watch Dusty try to ollie the bar. She never kick us out though. After about 20 tries she ask Dusty how many times he was going to do "that".
Ken took me to this spot the other day to take some photos of him and Timmy. He told me he didn't want this spot blown up. So, don't ask me where it is! Also the photos of Timmy should be up on the uprise site soon.
I went home to Joplin last week. I had a great time. I took a bunch of photos, got to see my friends and skated a lot. These photos are of my friend Jason Bontrager.
This dude Josiah asked me that the other day. Of course i told him they did. When Dusty showed me this thing I thought it was crazy, but when we went there i didn't take him very long to do. I think it took me longer to set up.
All of Ricky's bros came down and shredded the ramp last Sunday. We had a rad session. The no sleeves rule was strictly enforced. I tore the sleeves off my shirt. It was awesome!
I took this photo on a trip to St. Louis in December. We skated this shitty skatepark and it rained most of the time we were there. Shawn struggled through this kickflip wallride for about an hour but finally rolled away. I wish I had something to with this photo because it's awesome. Even if he's wearing a helmet!
